October 9, 2007 (Tuesday) NYS Fallen Firefighters Memorial at the State Plaza
Lt. Scott Maguire and Safety Officer Richard Behrens attended the New York State Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service at the Empire State Plaza in Albany on October 9, 2007.  Gov. Eliot Spitzer headed dignitaries who attended the ceremony, where several hundred uniformed firefighters from across the state gathered to honor their fallen firefighters.

April 26, 2007 (Thursday) 19:00 Old Saratoga Historical Association's presentation of Historic Fires in Schuylerville in the upstairs meeting room at the station.  A presentation led and developed by Village Historian Krissy Saddlemire featured seven major fires that occurred in the village.  The fires included 1945 Keller's Bakery, 1955 & 1984 Theater Fires, 1968 Russell Block Fire, 1973 & 1997 Hotel Schuyler Fires, and the 1974 Feed Store Fire.  Several residents were in attendance and many memories were shared by both firemen and residents.  The company's 1856 Hand Tub was also on display along with other equipment of today and yesterday.
